Maybe one of the best brunch bowls I’ve ever made 🙏 brown rice, sautéed black beans & kale, crispy @vitalfarms egg, avocado 🥑, tahini dressing and @sietefoods jalapeño hot sauce. Perfect for before a workout!
Black beans - in a small skillet sauté 1 tbsp garlic in avocado oil for a minute or 2. Then add in 1/2 a chopped red onion and sauté until they start to become translucent. Add in 1 can of rinsed black beans, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chili powder, salt and pepper, and 1-2 tsp if sriracha. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes.
Kale - sauté 2-3 cups of kale in a skillet until softened then season with garlic powder, salt and cracked pepper.
Tahini - mix together 3 tbsp tahini, 2 drops lemon essential oil, 2 cloves garlic and 2 tbsp water.
